Medium-intensity green olive fruitiness with notes of grass, tomato leaf, aromatic herbs, almond, and apple. On the palate, pleasant notes of tomato leaf and aromatic herbs come through clearly. Bitterness and peppery warmth are medium-intensity, well-balanced, and persistent, closing with notes of fresh almond.
